Sponsorship will represent an opportunity for both parties. The property has a well-defined audience, local & national media, and has tangible and leverageable assets that allow a sponsor to realize positive Return on Investment (ROI) for its sponsorship investment. (Trackable ROI and/or cross promotional advertising is available for an additional fee.) Cost for tiered sponsorship is outlined below on a per-event basis. Participation secured on consecutive events will offer special consideration.

Description: Annual & National Touring Fundraiser
Purpose: an environmentally based & energetic forum for athletes, adventurers, and those that capture those moments to share and give back to the community and the environment that sustains them

Including: libations, live music, informational/retail booths, raffle & silent auction, celebrity hosting and documentary screening, and follow up documentation in book format - available for sale nationally

BOOTHS

Product / Beverage & Wine / Mutual Interest Sponsors

The Venue is designed as a Promenade with several walking corridors, many entrances, and 2 main viewing areas. Surrounding the walkways are various retailers and restaurants. We have the capacity to offer 50 booths (tent optional) at 10x10 feet.

BEVERAGE & WINE SPONSORS - we are open to suggestions and negotiations, please don't hesitate to ask

Option 1: Donate product to our bar and we will include your name on our website and invitations.
               We will also visually display a promotional banner at the event.
               (larger donations will be met with larger returns from us)

Option 2: Purchase booth space from $200 - $350 (location dependent)
               Donate an agreed upon percentage of proceeds our cause
               You business will be mentioned in vendor booth section of website
               The booth is yours to decorate as you choose

Option 3: Receive the booth space free of charge
               Provide a bartender/host and spirits
               Contribute to the raffle
               We will list you as a sponsor on all marketing and press material nationally as well as website
               An event Ambassador will offer verbal thanks to your brand during event hosting

PRODUCT SPONSORS - we are open to suggestions and negotiations, please don't hesitate to ask

Booths are available for purchase ranging from $200 - $350 (location dependent). We will require product congruency with the nature of our festival and ask that you donate a percentage of your sales to our cause. Due the the amount of applicants we suggest that you make a competitive offer. We are here to support a good cause and want our product participants to be on the same page. Your donations will be tax deductible and your brand will be promoted on our sponsor page and in the marketing material.

MUTUAL INTEREST SPONSORS - we are open to suggestions and negotiations, please don't hesitate to ask

Booths are available free of charge. We ask that you have something substantial to offer to the attendees - relevant of course - information, fly casting lessons, product...

RAFFLE / SILENT AUCTION / GIFT BAGS

Larger donations will fall into the silent auction category - trips/expeditions, packages, fine jewelry and so forth
Medium sized donations will be available in the Gold Raffle - local adventures, product under $1000 retail...
Smaller donations will be used for the general Red Raffle, although some product may be combined to create a gold or silent auction item. The smallest items will fall into the gift bag category - trinkets, socks, discount coupons and the like.

All donations will be met with website presence and onsite marketing material. The website will be nationally distributed to over 4 million people. Please let us know what you would like in return - as your contributions make this possible. These details can be discussed upon your donation. Again, it is all tax deductible.

RAFFLE
This will be a 2 tiered raffle. Gold denotes the higher priced tickets at $20/per and Red denotes the general tickets at $2/per and discounts for bulk. Tickets will be sold by supporting organizations and individuals prior to the event. Need not be present to win format.

SILENT AUCTION
The auction will be hosted at the event on an interior walkway. Ambassador hosts will announce pre-screening the most generous contributions to the auction. Substantial website and pre-event electronic distribution will be included for all donations. To increase the auction pool we are offering a call in number to bid during the event for those unable to attend.

GIFT BAGS
These will be distributed to the individuals who offer the largest monetary donations as a thank you. They will also be distributed at the kick-off reception for our ambassadors and tiered & title sponsors. We are looking to fill 50-75 bags. Small items - coupons and such can be used for marketing material and attendee tokens throughout the event.
Various other sponsorship opportunities are as follows:
